David Beckham keen for Barcelona legends to come to Inter Miami

Things have gone far from well for Inter Miami this season.

The franchise is famous around the world for its association with David Beckham, as the former international superstar founded the team back in 2018.

However, there will be some that may actually find that the team has become more well-known recently because of their inability to pick up results. In fact, those that have perhaps liked to use 1bet2u-my.com when participating in sports betting activities may have realised that there it might be best to avoid them for the time being.

Indeed, Inter Miami currently sit at the rock-bottom of the Eastern Conference as they have failed to win any of the four games that they have played so far. They are not alone, as Montreal in their conference, whilst the Vancouver Whitecaps and the San Jose Earthquakes in the Western Conference also share an identical record; zero wins and one draw for those keeping score.

Despite the fact that the team have a number of established players, Phil Neville’s side simply can not get going. The likes of Gonzalo Higuain, Blaise Matuidi, DeAndre Yedlin, Kieran Gibbs, and Brek Shea are all highly experienced, but none of them seem to be able to make a difference.

That is perhaps why Beckham has decided to take a look at bringing in some of the biggest names in football to have ever played the game, with FC Barcelona appearing to be the main focus.

According to a report by Spanish media publication, Sport, it is claimed Miami are keen on trying to acquire the likes of Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba once the duo’s contracts expire in 2023 and 2024 respectively.

It is also, though, claimed by the Spanish outlet that Beckham is also keen on reuniting Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez together in Florida.

Of course, a lot of this would be considered incredibly ambitious at the present moment and it would not be a surprise if the club were forced to move on a number of players given the salary cap situation and the rules of registering players that the MLS has.

However, if they were able to get the quartet all to agree with terms with the club, then there would be no doubt that Beckham and everyone involved would be looking to move through hell and high water to ensure that it gets done.

Just imagine what it would be like to see Messi, Suarez, Busquets, and Alba all in the MLS. If they did arrive in Miami, then there would be no excuses for many regarding their chances of success in the future, either.
