The Dynamo Academy named their Players of the Year on January 16. Matt Kirby was selected the Player of the Year and Abe Matamoros won the honor in voting by his peers. Both players were presented their awards by Dynamo star Dwayne De Rosario, who was also named by the Academy their Senior Player of the Year.
