Chicago Fire Looking For New Coach

Chicago Fire coach Dave Sarachan was fired from the team last
month and now rumours are pouring in that the MLS team will
be up for sale in the upcoming months.

Rumours of a local group’s desire to buy the team has made
interim coach Denis Hamlett’s job very hard. Hemlett is
considered as a canditate to replace Sarachan on a permanent basis.

Hamlett’s first MLS game with the Fire left the team tied 0-0 against Colorado.
If chosen for the positon, Hamlett would be the first African American coach in MLS history, something which Hemlett says doesn’t concern him.

Other candidates include former Wizard player Frank Klopas who used to play for the Fire, as well as coached the Chicago Storm indoor team. Also in the run is New England assistant Paul Mariner and
Millonarios’ Juan Carlos Osario Colombian team.
